Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Answering Phones: Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and directing calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Customer Service: Greet clients warmly, assist with their needs, and provide information about our services and treatments.
- Booking Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments using our booking system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Light Cleaning: Maintain a clean and tidy reception area, including occasional light cleaning duties to ensure a welcoming environment for our clients.
- Administrative Support: Perform basic administrative tasks such as managing client records, handling payments, and assisting with inventory management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in using booking systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
- Professionalism: Present a polished and professional demeanor at all times.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
